April 27, 2008 Pirates 6, Phillies 2

Pittsburgh gets out the broom and sweep the series as the Phillies lose their 4th straight. Pretty much all Pirates today, as Brett Myers sucks the joint out. With no chance to win the battle of Pennsylvania this season, the Phils have to wait until the beginning of August for their chance to at least tie the state series when the Pirates will come to Philly.

West coast teams for the next two weeks, as San Diego and San Francisco will come to Philly in the next two series, and the Phils travel out west after that with stops in Arizona and San Francisco.
