| A good pitchers duel between Jon Lester and Roy Halladay, but the Jays get the better of it when Shannon Stewart hits a solo homerun in the 7th to give Toronto the 2-1 lead which is the final. Manny Ramirez got the one Sox run with his 8th homerun of the year. Julio Lugo and Alex Rios, 1-2 in the AL batting race, are both held hitless each going 0 for 4 on the day. |
