June 4, 2008 Reds 6, Phillies 4

Chase Utley singlehandedly runs the Phillie offense with a pair of two-run homers for his 19th and 20th of the year and takes the NL lead in homers away from teammate Ryan Howard's 19 dingers, but it isn't enough. The Reds flex some muscle of their own with back-to-back shots for Brandon Phillips and Adam Dunn in the 1st inning good for 3 runs, and 3 more Cincy runs in the 7th spell doom.

Edinso Volquez whiffs 9 Phils, but the team does threaten in the 9th with a couple of baserunners but Francisco Cordero nails the coffin shut for his 13th save.
