| With an off-day for both the Red Sox and Phillies, here are a couple of box scores from around the league today. This first one can relate to very well. Only the Washington Nationals can jump out to a 8-2 lead after 6 innings and lose!! A 6 run 8th inning explosion for the Giants with some shoddy Nats defense thrown in for good measure does the Nats in, although striking out 15 times ain't gonna help any either. Sloppy game on both sides with 5 errors combined and 5 of the 17 runs for the game being unearned. |
