| A 5-1 Phillie lead gets whittled down in the 9th by the Marlins, as after 8 strong innings by Brett Myers the Phils bullpen almost gives it away. Dan Uggla homers off of Rudy Seanez to make the score 5-2, and after a walk off of Seanez and 2 walks off of Brad Lidge sandwiched around a couple of outs loads the bases, Lidge gets Jeremy Hermedia to ground out to end the game and record his 11th save. Shane Victorino, with a 3 for 4 day, puts his major league leading batting average back over the .400 mark at .402. |
